.1. Download the themes by clicking their names.
2. Extract with password: http://www.nicoblog-games.com
3. Copy the CTF file to your PSP Theme folder, example: I:\PSP\THEME

4. Download CXMB plugin, extract it, and copy the cxmb folder to the root of your memory stick.

5. Go to the seplugins folder located on the root of the memory stick, if you don’t have a seplugins folder, create a new folder and name it seplugins.

Inside the seplugins folder you will see a text file named VSH, if you dont have it right click and create new text file, name it VSH.

Open the VSH file with Notepad, and add this line to it:
ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1
ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1

Or if you are using a PSP GO! Then add this instad:
ef0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1

6. Back on the PSP press select and do reset VSH.
7. Go to Settings -> Theme Settings -> Theme
And select the Theme you want.
